I have checked this out over in the hacks/plugins section too, but I think it can kind of be considered just some coding/skin work too, so hopefully someone here can help:
Is there an easy way to set up a link on every blog entry (preferably on the single entry view because I always use teasers) to a 'printer friendly version' of the entry?
I know how to set up a separate skin that is printer friendly, but I am not sure how to set up the link correctly.

Would you want this to open in a new window? Do you need a "print" button/link in the popup window? Would you want comments included in this? Images?
While you could have a print skin and a link to the post in that skin next to each post, there's a problem. You're switching your skin preference when you click on that link. Next time you open the normal blog, it will be shown with the print skin. I think the best way to do this would be a plugin. If you want to give it a try, I can help you.
