I would like to be able to better control the use of the "more" anchor on posts that have a teaser.

What I mean is, I would like to be able, in the Item->content call, to specify that the URL at the "Read More" link to NOT include the #more123 anchor specifier at the end. Likewise I would like the complete post, when displayed, not to contain the <a id=more123 anchor tag.

There does not seem to be a way to control this in the current system.
