What do you mean with "synchronization"?

When I go in Tab System -> Antispam -> Ask update form Antispam list…

After I have one by one more time, delete words are not spam for me it's tedious.

@nospy do you maintain your own site, or is this intended as a task that you will repeat on several sites? After your list is fully updated any word you delete won't get back on future update requests.

So, if this is a single site thing, I think that removing words from the black list requires almost the same effort than adding them to a white list. Don't you think?

Users use the language of SMS, which causes me problems. I'm looking for a way to replace one word with another. With a feature to synchronize several blogs on different websites or have a way to import and export this spécial dictionary.
