There are several options. I talk you through one of them.
We're goning to replace the 'Home' link in the menu in a link to your homepage.

1. Go to Dashboard -> Blog settings -> Widgets

2. In the section 'Menu' remove the widget 'Blog home link'

3. Add a widget type 'FreeHTML widget' in the same 'Menu' section

4. Click the edit image or the link for the new FreeHTML widget

5. Enter Block content:

   <a href="http://www.fillet-boards.com/">Home</a>

6. Enter Name:

   Home link
