[Nevada] How do you add a page in the menu?

My b2evolution Version: 2.4.1 Nevada

Right now my blog menu says "Home" and "Contact". I am using the evopress template. How can I add an "About" button and page? Is this called a widget?

Create a post in expert mode, and in the "Type" popup at the top, select "Page" instead of "Post".
