[4.x] [4.1.1] Global Settings link not working after upgrade

My b2evolution Version: 4.x

After upgrading to 4.1.1, I am no longer able to access the Global Settings. When I click Global Settings in the back end, I get a blank page. The target of the Global Settings link is "http://web/cfh/admin.php?ctrl=settings", which seems short on parameters when I compare it to, say, the Blog Settings link ("http://web/cfh/admin.php?ctrl=coll_settings&blog=1"). I tried adding "&blog=1" to the end of the Global Settings URL, but still got a blank page.

Any ideas?

Edit: I forgot to mention that the links above are on a production server that is not publicly accessible, so clicking them will do no good.

After I posted this, I deleted all the files and uploaded them again. The Global Settings link works now. Not sure what the problem was, but a reload fixed it.

I also recommend doing CTRL + F5 on public and admin pages after each update ;)
This will load all new CSS and JS files

I also have the problem (see thread http://forums.b2evolution.net/viewtopic.php?t=22937)
Tried this solution but failed. In fact the Global Settings page on one site where I tried the reload now gives me the error 'The requested controller [general] does not exist.'

Any thoughts
