After 3 tries to double check what I could, an install produces a string of these:

@tgodfrey do you know where is the 'AUSTRALIA' timezone defined? I guess it is not a valid timezone. Please pick your correct timezone from this list: http://php.net/manual/en/timezones.australia.php
