Accessing blog by ssl not formatted properly

Hi,

Accessing blog by ssl not formatted properly
When I access my blog via SSL the page looks like this:
Accessing blog by ssl not formatted properly
but by http looks like this:

Any suggestions what I have misconfigured? I think it will have to do with applying .htaccess in one too many places, but I'm not sure.

I think I have found my own answer. I was not careful enough with copying the sample.htaccess to .htaccess. I've refreshed them all now and it seems to be working.
