When setting up: Edit widget "Content Block" in container "Register" -

Then I can see that:

Allow caching:
Block caching is disabled for this collection.

Is pre-selected. And it is not possible to "un-select" it.

In my local blank install (without demo content), it is not pre-selected and b2e does not allow me to select it.

What must be done to enable selection?
