I just upgraded to 5.0.6, and I've noticed two things on the analyics, referered [sic] tab. I used to use the ban symbol frequently, and now it seems to be missing from the page (I'm viewing on IE8 and can't upgrade this computer). I have to now copy the referer I wish to block and open the anti-spam tab manually. This seems less efficient.

Also, in the Requested URI column, it shows only [disp=single] or [disp=posts]. I have to hover over the link to see the URL at the bottom of the browser window. It was helpful to see at a glance where the traffic was headed, but now I have to hover over each line.

Is there a way to turn the ban symbol back on and have the URL display instead of the [disp=single] or [disp=posts]?

Thank you!

Just checking to see if anyone had any feedback on this. Thank you!

Hi @otterine,

Please tell us which version did you have installed before to upgrade? I'm looking for the reasons why the ban button was removed in first place, but until now I couldn't find it in any standard release.

About the "Requested URI" column in the "All hits" tab, maybe is just a matter of get used to it. All the "disp=X" URLs will always have the same structure: base URL of the blog (see column "Blog") + "?disp=X"

Regards!

In the documents, it states, "The stats page includes a little Ban symbol in each row so you can quickly ban any spammy referals. You’ll be taken to the tab where you can delete all referals from that url and blacklist it so they can’t add any more." I used to see it and used it daily, but it's no longer there.

I had not upgraded in awhile. I was using a version of 4. Before it used to display the actual URL, but now it shows only [disp=single] or [disp=posts]. To me, it's less efficient to have to hover over each line to see which page was requested.

Thank you!
