Is possible sincronize Word 2010 with my b2evolution blog?

I tried to do what Microsoft says but it did not work.

Hello.

Microsoft say that is not possible to create new account because the host provider is not availlable.
I could ask to inMotion about that but I was wondering if b2evolution allow people to do that before to contact the support service.
What do you think?

Select a Wordpress API if you can. Also you may need to type a full URL like this

http://www.website.tld/b2evolution/xmlrpc.php

And I suppose you're using b2evolution v5
