Hi all,
Any information about this? Currently I have to write my blogposts in Word and copy/paste into the editor and post them.
Best regards,

Hi,
Thanks for the suggestions:)
Some more info: This ONLY happens on posts that I have added after I upgraded to 4.1.6. I can go in and edit posts from 2.4.1 which is what I had before. I did a complete copy of the new files over the old files when I upgraded.
I have tried to disable the plugins and widgets and just about everything I can think of. The theme is standard terrafirma - all the files in the skins/terrafirm/ folder were overwritten when I upgraded.. Everything works except it doesn't pull the post into the editor. Hitting the "Save & Edit" button saves the post and clears the editor. I upgraded from 2.x in December and I _THINK_ I saved a post I posted on Dec 23rd, before I finished it and it came up, but I'm no 100% certain.
I have looked at the data for the posts pre and post upgrade and see no difference except that the items_item.post_titletab, post_metadesc and post_metakeywords columns now have empty data instead of NULL in the older posts.
I'm stumped...
Best regards,
Arnor

Ok, I have narrowed it down. IF I use the WYSIWYG editor, I can't pull the text up again. IF I use the HTML editor it works fine. My blog seems to have defaulted to use the WYSIWYG or I had turned it on at some point in the last couple of weeks. When it's on, I can edit the post when I create it, but once it's saved I can no longer edit it. If I copy the text from the post, go into the editor, switch to the HTML editor, paste the text in, save and close the editor, everything works fine.
So it looks to be some kind of issue with the WYSIWYG editor.
Hope this helps:)
Best regards, Arnor

When in HTML mode, are there any strange HTML tags at the beginning of the post.
Can you make a one line post and post screenshots of both HTML and WYSIWYG screens when you try to edit?
What about the HTML mode of the WYSIWYG editor? Do you see your code there?

Viewing the post in the sql table, it just starts with a p tag. No additional tags or anything funny that I can see. I'll get screenshots and more info later today and post it along with answers to your other questions:)
Best regards,
Arnor
Update: The blog says I'm using 4.1.6, not 4.1.4.
