I guess I don't get it. Do you mean to display comments in the main page? What if you have several posts and several comment on each one of them? Please confirm if this is what you want.

The comments are displayed by default when you go to disp=single, which means that you are currently reading only one post (http://zombiestatistics.co.uk/blog1.php/seriously-that-quot-50-of).

Thanks mgsolipa - that is what I thought I wanted, but when you say it like that, it does sound rather daft.

I suppose what I should do is list current posts on my main page then get people to click on the post to read it and its comments. I shall continue playing with settings.
