Issue with updating user profile

please Iam having problem updating my user profile as an admin and even normal users can't edit and save their profile, each time I try to do that I get following information on my browser,
"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /admin.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

what could be the cause and How do fix that problem?

@jblogger Do you use Selinux?
If it's true, you can turn it off and have a try.

Yes you probably have some kind of firewall or overzealous mod_security configuration in place. You need to ask you webhost about this.

Thanks guys, Your advice has helped me fix the problem, Please which plugin do I need to allow Audio player and direct video download from my blog in b2evolution

Hi @jblogger ,
The audios and videos in your website seem all embed external URL which from the site 'www.youtube.com'. I guess it is hard or impossible to download directly.
