The problem is only in the title of the post? I ask because the page that you linked appear to display greek and chinese character correctly in the content of the post.

Yes, before I upgraded to the latest version there were no issues. The title and the main text would correctly display Greek letters.
Yes, the problem appears only to be in the title. If I post Greek text elsewhere on the page it appears ok.

This looks like a database collation issue and, although I couldn't reproduce it in my local environment, obviously this forum also has the issue and occurs with any non-standard character (greek, russian, chinese, etc.).

Hahaha. Well thats interesting. Youir forum has changed the Greek text in the first part into the ascii characters.
Why is this happening and Whats the fix?
