which file are you editing?

I have only changed in PHP. ini these values

"PHP upload_max_filesize 9M
PHP post_max_size 15M"

But the details pane for system b2evo
continues to give me other values!

these

"PHP upload_max_filesize 20M
PHP post_max_size 16M"

saying:

"post_max_size deve essere maggiore di upload_max_filesize"

Maybe you have some variables that override that in .htaccess or another place.

This is typically a question your hosting company could answer best.
