Problem Facebook and Twitter Widget (Spanish)

Hello, my problem is:
see social networks (Twitter and Facebook) as administrator, but to disconnect from the administration disappear.

i use Widget type: Free HTML

logged in as administrator I see this:

damn, and I understood why it does not work ... I write in Spanish using "óíúéá" "accents" and write in the title of a Widget type: Free HTML widget to hide the users who are not administrators or at least I think so because removing the accent works perfectly.
