Searching for a plugin for the comment function

I am searching for a plugin for answering the comments in my blog. I faked the function, so You can see, what I am meaning:

I want to set a reply directly to the comments and not as a new comment at the end of the list. Perhaps it would also be possible to inform the writer of the original comment when an answer is writen.

Is there a plugin like that?

I´m using b2evolution 4.1.6
