Don't know that on the top of my head.
I just know a couple of people did it for there university (10000) users

There are a couple of thousand-user installations out there. To answer the question: there is no limit. Realistically the "limit" is a matter of how complex your blog is (amount of plugins & features on each page) combined with how many people visit your blog.
