Most likely you updated your anti-spam blacklist in between your first edition and your second edition, and one of the URLs you include in your post is now invalid. It has happened to me once or twice. What I do is to go to the anti-spam list and look for the offending string, using the filtering capabilities for displaying the blacklist.

Blogspot is in the antispam blacklist, so any post with a blogspot link will spark that error off

AFAIK the sticky posts plugin works, if not then just raise your problems on it's thread and I'm sure Benjy will put his beer down and get it working for you ;)
