My b2evolution Version: 1.9.x

So, i recently changes webhosts, upgraded b2evo from 1.8 to 1.9 (fresh install), and moved it from the root directory to /blogs.

everything works, except when i click comments, it leads to a 404 Not Found error.

any ideas what I could have messed up while moving?
