I am new to b2evolution. I have two questions:
1. Is it possible to allow users visiting my website create personal blog when using b2evolution.
2. If so, how many blog accounts can be created?
Yes, very possible. Turn on "allow new users to register" and people will see a 'register' link. After they register and confirm their email address it'll be up to you to set up their blog and what permissions they have in that blog (and all others by the way - any registered member can have permissions in any combination of blogs).
How many is a hard question to answer. There are a couple of known situations where there are over 1000 bloggers, but they are rare. I've seen a few with 100 bloggers, but I digress. Technically speaking the answer is that b2evolution is limited in scale by the limits of the combination of php and mysql.
