Auto-BR automatically enabled - Disable?

My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Auto-BR is automatically checked in the comment form.

In the back office when you look at a comment to approve it etc it says "you should avoid using it." next to the Auto-BR box.

If I should avoid using it, then why is it enabled automatically?

I haven't had any problems other than my email notifications have <br> at the end of most lines...

I just upgraded everything to 1.9.3.
