[1.9.x] "You don't have access to any root directory.&q

My b2evolution Version: 1.9.x

I'm getting a "You don't have access to any root directory." following my upgrade to 1.9.3 when trying to upload files into a post, or work in the files tab.

Any suggestions as to where to look for this one?

Err... whoops!

Thanks for the help. Had issues with 0.9x, assumed same sort of issues here.
