My b2evolution Version: 1.8.x

In the app settings / features there is a "Enable blog by email" box that can be ticked. However the help for this says "There is currently no text in this page". Does this feature exist? (It certainly has a lot of boxes to fill in so I am guessing yes). Is there any info on how to use it? For example can you include pictures as attachments or in the email?
