My b2evolution Version: 1.8.2

I've a couple of questions about multiple domains and I didn't find anything searching the forums.

Could Multiple Domains be implemented after the blog is running, or it must be set on the installation?

And if it could be set with some blogs running, what about the links to the former domain?
