[1.9.x] 500 error on accessing admin

My b2evolution Version: 1.9.x

Hello,
I installed 1.9.3, which went perfectly as per instructions until I attempt to access /blogs/admin.php

I get a 500 error. My error log says: [Tue May 22 21:16:18 2007] [error] [client 66.160.174.121] Premature end of script headers: php-script

Is this something I can fix, or do I need to go to my hosting company?

I was hoping to get a little hint as to if this is something I can fix in the script, or if it happens to be a conflict with my host. I will talk to my host soon, but I would like to eliminate the possibility of an error on this end if possible.
