[1.9.x] HTTP 400 error after editing comments

My b2evolution Version: 1.9.x

I just today downloaded and installed version 1.9.3. I haven't made any configuration changes. I added a new post and a comment successfully, but when I go to edit, publish, deprecate, or delete that comment in the admin interface, I get an HTTP 400 error (The Page Cannot Be Found). The action is successful... the comment gets updated, but that 400 error is annoying.

Anyone know what could be wrong?

Help! I made some simple config changes... renamed my "Blog A", added a skin, made index.php point directly to my default blog. Now, the end user gets the 400 error when he submits a comment. I've been looking through the code but I don't understand which code displays the next page after submitting/editing a comment. If anyone can just point me in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks.

Did you ever get a solution for this? I cannot even get to the Admin edit comments tab without the error.
