My b2evolution Version: 1.9.x

Ive searched the docs and the wiki and the control panel and I cant figure out how to let peoples comments get published automatically with no moderation. I figure if i have a basic antispam measure installed, then everyone will be fine. :D

Does anyone know where I could find this option?
Sorry if its staring me in the face but i cant find it :(
