I don't know why this happens but, FWIW, I had the same problem with my old 0.9.2 install and also with 1.10.2. It is a little frustrating since the app knows you are loged in, but the Admin link does not appear.

The work around I found - I just click on an archive link and when the skin reloads it suddenly shows me as logged in, and backroom is now available. Maybe that would work for you as well. (That would be a link to a monthly archive of old posts.)

But my problems are inside the admin area, in the backoffice.

I am beeing kicked out constantly, and have to login again and again......

Okey, don't know if I should cry or laugh......

Found the problem, and it was inside my skins. I realized that every time I made at post preview I got kicked out, so I started investigating my skins, and found the error quite surprising :o

In my skin I had a line like this:

<img src="graphics/blankdot.gif" alt="" width="1" height="10" border="0">

When it should be like this:

<img src="../../../graphics/blankdot.gif" alt="" width="1" height="10" border="0">

So the bad reference to the image was the cause.....

So should I laugh or cry ?
