My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

This may seem dumb, but I can't find admin/b2blogs.php. :-/ More specifically, can't even find the admin/ directory. This was referenced in topic 7099, controlling access to tabs in the back office. I want to limit some users to only a few tabs.
