[2.0.2] User levels 5-9 not clear

My b2evolution Version: 2.0.2

I am seeking a detailed description for the permissions of EACH user level:
I mean exactly the number between the "-" and "+" symbols in the user table in Version 2.0.2.

The documentation I found is rather poor on that. Only >1 and >5 described - that´s unfortunately too general for me...

What is the difference between 7,8 and 9?
Is there already one available out there?

I want to avoid the trial and *aha*-method, to detect what effect each user level adjustment has.

The user levels are rudimentary. They were more activily used in the 0.9 series of b2evo. They still serve some purpose beacause plugins can grant permissions to user levels. To my knowledge there is only one plugin using this feature and I forgot which one it was. :)
