Aggregate blog and pagerank

Anyways, if I use an aggregate blog, will posts show up as copies of other (the same, though, get it?) posts and, therefore hurt Google rank.

By the way, since the 1.85 to 2.4 upgrade, my search hits, even with losing the keywords, have gone up about 20%.

I have. It's more of about the aggregate blog. I have a blog that I don't write posts in, but use as an aggregate blog like the old blog all.
