In your Blog settings -> List -> Actions is a 'Copy' button. You can use that to get what you want.

my version is 2.4 venetian
sorry I don't have the button
should I enable it somewhere?
I only see under actions:
1 edit properties and 2 categories and 3 delete blog

This will not work in 2.4.
