Upgrade gone bad?

My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

hello, I just upgraded from 1.8.1 to the latest 2.4. It seemed to go all well and in the admin I can see all of the posts but no matter which of the new skins I use, when I switch to online view it does not show them. It lists the posts all by title under blogroll but they dont link to the post. in the space where the posts would normally go it says "Sorry, there is nothing to display..."

Many thanks Afwas. have now edited the Aggregation for the blog called index to include the two blogs and the /blogs/ url now works., however the two blogs each have two categories and the url for them does not work is there something to change there as well?
