Well I'm not with GoDaddy. I'm with StartLogic. I just got off the phone with them and they informed me that the shared server I'm on runs Zend Optimizer version 1.3.0. I requested an upgrade but I doubt they are going to perform one. I was able to change my default php to version 5.
Also there are a couple of lines in my php.ini file that reads:
; Enable compatibility mode with Zend Engine 1 (PHP 4.x)
zend.zei_compatibility_mode = On

You most likely have run out of memory for PHP.

My php.ini is has memory set to 18M and B2e is the only php I'm running.

Well that's pretty big then. That's probably not the issue.
