My b2evolution Version: 1.10.x

I have a bit weird problem:

Ive created a photoblog [my first blog at b2evolution], new domain... and now: i want to post new notes every day, so ofcourse im using 'issue date' feature. Everything is allright with 'issue date' BUT:
When i post a trackback url to other note in a web this trackback will be send NOW, not in a time of public that note, but in a time of sending a note from my PC to a webserver.
How can i fix it?
I think that somewhere is an option to set it, but i cant find it. Now i have a note 'not published' and in web, on other blog is a link to 404 page at my domain because note will be there in future.

PS and ive chosen an '2.x option in a 'b2 version', but why its 1.10.x i dont know.
