anyhow, if you are gonna use a single blog, the entries are listed automatically already, if you are gonna use multiple blogs, you can use an aggregated blog as well..
and regarding the widgets, calendar other stuff etc, no one is enforcing you to use 'em.. just remove them, remove the complete container, do whatever you like ;)
