My b2evolution Version: 2.4.2

hello,
I've been doing my homework here before I install.
I couldn't find any posts to my question...

Is there option or plugin to list all blogs and or users on the home page?

So far everything else I like.

Yes to blogs, no to users. On the blogs, it'll list all blogs that you've decided to include in the public blog list.
