Random text. In a perfect world you would put nothing and it would auto-fill for you, but the world isn't perfect. So you have to put something - and that something is not a URL. Your "random text" could be the category name again unless you already have that particular text in the "URL name" field in any of your blogs. In other words, whatever you put into that field has to be text only AND completely unique in your installation. So like if you have 2 blogs with "stuff" as the category, and the first blog's "stuff" category has "stuff" as the URL name, then the second blog can not duplicate that. You would have to use "stuff_2" or something like that.
