Re the extra slash: download your conf/_basic_config.php file and find the line for $baseurl, then edit it to remove the extra trailing slash, then upload it again. Seems to be an issue with automated installers/upgraders.

always helpful. I have some experience with B2Evo, but am not sure what is going on. I made that change, but before it I noticed none of my pages are loading even though I can go in the admin and see the info.
