I get this error message from Firefox and am unable to log in, but I can log in in IE: Either you have not enabled cookies or this login window has expired
I only get the error on my laptop.
Also, when I go to the blog site (http://www.rossputin.com), on the laptop I can't get embedded YouTube videos to work, but they work in IE.
www.rosputin.com redirects to rosputin.com/blog/ so the cookie is set for there, but your baseurl is www.rosputin.com/blog/ so it's tripping when it's looking for the cookie
Either correct your htaccess or change your baseurl in /conf/_basic.config.php
You might also like to change $instancename in /conf/_advanced.php to force new cookies on all your users
