My b2evolution Version: 2.x

sometimes i get this message at log in, how do i fix it? where's the cookie domain?

WARNING: you are trying to log in to http://-----.com/?blog=4 but your cookie domain is .----.com You will not be able to successfully log in to the requested domain until you fix your cookie domain in your b2evolution configuration.

So there is a file called advance in the config folder that has the cookie domain set. What you should do is refresh your browser and clear the cache (in case you just changed your domains or started a multi-site multi-blog setup) to make sure it's not just an error message. If that doesn't help, then you must go into that file and find the cookie domain lines. There is a good page in the manual that helped me figure out what i was doing and i'm sure it will help you too.

*by the way, it's very important that if you only use one domain that you make sure to put the "." in front of your domain name!
