My b2evolution Version: 2.x

wondering if anyone knows, if i set the system to allow comments, in a draft mode, does this mean that the comment will be visible in the dashboard, that the system will email the blog author and let them know they have a comment to review, and then if they approve it, they can allow it to publish to the live blog?

i just am trying how to allow comments without having any "bad" comments post to my site without our approval or knowledge first.

thoughts?? any guidance is appreciated!!!
