Do try another skin. The original 1.10 skin you used is not compatible with 2.4.x.
This particular error with the <<c>> is reported earlier so a deep search of the forums may be helpful.

I can access SPECIFIC posts on the upgrade version AND I am using a supported skin. Here is an example:

BUT...if you goto http://www.theparchment.org I get the above mentioned error.

I searched for this error and could not find anything -- of course people do not leave very detailed subject lines so its probably there but I am not going to open every post ever written to find it.

Ya -- that is quite old. Version 1.9 or so.

Do upload a fresh install. Delete old files first (everything related to B2evoluion except /conf/ and /media/ BACKUP FIRST). That cures lots of errors reported in only a single install ;)

Okay -- I reinstalled as you stated above. Now it is loading into my root directory (www.theparchment.org) with no issue. NOW I have a COMMENTS issue. When you click on "send feedback" I get a "page not found" error.

Here is an example:

That is the exact URL to the feedbacks.

ALSO -- if you click on CATEGORIES (any category) I get a page not found error.

Thoughts?

Go to Blog settings -> URLs and check Blog URL -> Explicit on index.php
