Can someone please direct me to a guide or tutorial that can show me, step-by-step, what I need to do in order to completely back up the blog (including anything to do with the database if I need to do that) and restore it?
The easiest way is, if you have access to your hosting account's cpanel, go to backup and make a Complete backup or, a Database backup and a public_html or main folder backup.
I don't think there is a way of backing up your blog from within b2evolution.
There are probably other ways of doing a backup but the above is how I do it. Hope it helps.
