My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Hello,

I installed b2 ok. However, when I call up my site url I see the b2 package start page? If I go to mysite/blogs url everything is fine. Not sure how to fix this?

When I look my public_html directory I don't see a typical index.html file. Just b2 folders and files only.

Advice is welcome.
