My b2evolution Version: 2.x

I've spent hours trying to figure out how New users can leave comments for the Photo Blog.

When a New user registers the 1st time they are part of a Group that has full permission for all these areas:
Publ Prot Priv Drft Depr Redr Cats Feat. Adv. Upload Read Write

Still when you view the photo site, there is no link to leave comments even when I created a Topic to respond to.

What'd strange is that I've set up a normal blog with the same settings and have no problems leaving comments for a topic.

I know I'm missing a setting somewhere? Any idea would be helpful.
