[2.x] "Create new blog" does not appear...

My b2evolution Version: 2.x

After creating a total of five (5) blogs on my site, I attempted to create a new one. I got to the BLOG LIST page but cannot find the link for creating a new blog at the bottom of the page. Please help. What could be going on?
