My b2evolution Version: 2.x

I'm starting to get spam emails that are coming from my blog. The emails have a stupid spam message and link, and a footer indicating that the email came from the messaging system on my blog.

I've only gotten a handful of messages so it is not a major issue - but is there anything I can do about this? Maybe some kind of captcha test for emails? Anyway to apply spam karmha to emails?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

turingtest or captcha or recaptcha plugin. All three force the "visitor" to pass an unpredictable test before the message or comment they want to send or submit is passed to the person or post.

Thanks, again - I put the Turing test plugin on my site. Very easy to install.

I didn't realize that it applied to emails as well as comments and posts.
